Paul Muche is a Landscape Design & Sales Support Coordinator at Stuart’s Landscaping, where he has been a cornerstone of the company for 40 years. His journey began in landscape maintenance and construction (1985-1994)before earning a B.S. in Agriculture Horticulture from UW-River Falls in 1994. With decades of hands-on experience, Paul has developed a deep understanding of the time, effort, and investment required to create high-quality landscapes. Over the years, he has designed thousands of landscapes and has had the privilege of seeing many of them flourish.
Paul’s role involves meeting with clients, crafting clear and comprehensive landscape designs, producing quotes and contracts, and working closely with crews to ensure projects meet the highest standards. He also conducts final walkthroughs with clients, ensuring every detail aligns with their expectations. Committed to staying at the forefront of the industry, Paul regularly attends landscape seminars to keep up with the latest trends and technology.
What Paul enjoys most about his career is the lasting relationships he has built—both professionally and personally. Seeing landscapes he designed decades ago still thriving today is a constant reminder of the impact his work has had.
Outside of work, Paul cherishes quality time with family and friends, often enjoying the outdoors through hunting, fishing, and wildlife watching.
From the company’s early days with fewer than 10 employees to its growth into a thriving team of triple-digit staff, Paul feels truly blessed to have worked alongside dedicated colleagues to provide clients with the best possible investment in their landscapes.
