Jake LaPine is the Chief Operating Officer at Stuart’s Landscaping, bringing over 15 years of experience in operations and 12 years of dedicated service to the company. As COO, Jake is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, aligning departmental functions with Stuart’s strategic goals, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all areas of the business. He plays a key role in driving performance, fostering growth, and enhancing operational efficiency through strong leadership and vision.
Jake also leads the company’s financial operations, managing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to support responsible growth and decision-making. His background includes owning and operating a business, which gave him hands-on experience in organizational leadership, financial oversight, and process optimization. Combined with ongoing professional development in business management, this experience has shaped Jake into a dynamic and impactful leader.
What Jake enjoys most about his role is the fast-paced environment, the daily challenges, and the opportunity to work alongside a passionate team. Watching team members grow in their careers and witnessing the tangible results of their collective efforts are some of the most rewarding aspects of his work.
Outside of the office, Jake is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and competing in walleye tournaments across the Midwest. He’s especially passionate about waterfowl hunting, where he takes pride in watching his two yellow labs work in the field.
