Eric Schraufnagel
Landscape Design & Sales Support Coordinator
Eric Schraufnagel serves as a Landscape Design & Sales Support Coordinator at Stuart’s Landscaping, where he has been an integral part of the team since 2018. In his role, Eric works closely with clients to bring their landscaping visions to life—conducting site assessments, developing custom design plans, and managing projects from concept through completion. He creates detailed designs and 3D renderings, estimates project costs, and coordinates with contractors and suppliers to manage hardscaping materials and inventory across the company.
Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he built a strong foundation in plant science, environmental sustainability, and landscape design. In addition to his academic background, he has received specialized training in irrigation design and installation, pesticide application, and hardscape construction, giving him a well-rounded expertise in all facets of landscape design and installation.
What Eric enjoys most about his work is the creative problem-solving involved in crafting functional, personalized landscapes for his clients. He finds energy in meeting new people, tackling new challenges, and seeing his designs transform into beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces.
Outside of work, Eric is a devoted family man who coaches basketball and baseball for several of his children’s teams and proudly supports their involvement in sports and dance. One of his favorite pastimes is traveling to Texas Tech football games to watch his oldest daughter perform baton twirling on the field.
For Eric, Stuart’s Landscaping strikes the perfect balance between a close-knit, family-like atmosphere and the capability to take on complex, large-scale projects. He finds pride in being part of a company where meaningful relationships and exceptional results go hand in hand.
